This page outlines a proposal for starting a journey of cultural change in your organization, with the objective of improving your collaboration and organizational knowledge flow.

Audience

As a company-wide initiative, actions are designed for all audiences and roles.

For small organizations (up to ~60 people) and startups, involving everyone is recommended. Note that meetings inventory could be performed async involving only team leaders.

For medium-size business and scale-ups, there are a few approaches:

• Kickoff and perform the foundations workshop on a department or business unit, then continue with others while consolidating the first.
• Same but slicing by teams or any other way that best match your organization’s context.
• Limiting workshop attendance to leaders and adapting consolidation actions to this. This is only recommend for organizations with a high command and control culture trait.
• Alternatively, some organizations may prefer to start scaling down the initiative to IT as engineering is so sensitive to flow interruption and context-switching.
